Have you changed the recipe? The sauce used to be nice and runny when heated up, but recently it just comes out of the bag like a paste with watery ingredients. We have been using the sauce regularly for years and always prepare it in the same way.

I would love this sauce but unfortunately I can never get it to stay nice and thick after heating it in a bain-marie. Every time I open the bag after heating, it becomes firm and lumpy!!!!
