Hello Mandalena, the product Patissier Marzipan green, 101510600000 does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor should any carry-over be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). In addition, ingredients containing gluten must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note ("may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten"). Is this "normal" marzipan or modeling marzipan?
Hello rumpelstilzli, thank you for your question. Patissier marzipan green (article number 1015.106) is normal modeling marzipan that can be processed and modeled as desired. The uncolored variant Marzipan nature (article number 1015.102) is identical in terms of marzipan quality. The marzipan (article number 1027.104) has a higher almond content and is therefore particularly suitable for baking and pralines. However, it can also be sculpted without any problems.
