Are these food colors gluten-free?
Hello ReisnudelEule, Patissier food colorings do not contain any gluten-containing ingredients, nor is there any risk of cross-contamination (traces). If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be clearly stated, specifying the gluten-containing grains (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, oats, etc.). Gluten-containing ingredients must not be "hidden"!
Any traces resulting from possible cross-contamination during the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" statement ("May contain gluten" or "May contain traces of gluten").
Allergenic ingredients must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold or capital letters.

Dear Migros I would like to know if these food colors are chemically produced. Thank you for your answer in advance
Hello San70dy, thank you for your inquiry. The food colorings used for the product are of natural origin. They are extracted and standardized from the natural raw materials using physical and chemical processes. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
