How long can the baking filling be used after the best-before date?

It indicates the minimum time until which an unopened foodstuff will retain all of its characteristic properties if stored appropriately. If stored for longer than this, a loss of quality must be expected (taste, appearance, consistency, etc.). How long - weeks, months - a product can still be enjoyed after the best-before date has expired depends on the item, so it is not possible to make a general recommendation. Is the product Baking Filling Pears gluten-free?
Hello 719879, the Patissier Baking Filling Pears does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and no carry-over is to be expected. If a product contains gluten-containing ingredients, this must be openly declared, stating the gluten-containing cereals (wheat, spelt, rye, barley, etc.). Therefore: Check the list of ingredients! Spices are gluten-free by definition. Seasoning mixtures can contain gluten, but this would then have to be declared (e.g. Seasoning mix (with wheat starch))
Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain gluten" or "may contain traces of gluten", which is not present in this product.
