Is it good for making pizza?

Hi oliverb72, thank you very much for your question. We are happy to confirm that you can also use Patissier baking powder to prepare pizza dough. Here are the ingredients and preparation:

Ingredients:

400 g flour
260 ml milk
2 tablespoons of oil
½ teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder

Preparation:

Put the milk, oil and salt in a large bowl. Mix in the baking powder and flour. Gradually add the flour mixture to the bowl and mix it all together with a beater (dough hook). Shape the dough with your hands and roll it out on a lightly floured work surface. The dough is enough for an entire baking pan or two round pizzas. Stuff the pizza as desired and bake it in the preheated oven (250° C in a fan oven) for about 10 minutes. Have fun with pizza making! Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team

Is this product gluten-free?

Hello Ingwikkinger, the Patissier baking powder does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and traces of any carry-over should not be expected. Food law (more precisely: the FDHA Ordinance on Food Information) stipulates that the most important allergenic ingredients - including cereals containing gluten such as wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt and products made from them - must always be declared . In addition, ingredients containing gluten must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
