Hello Ingwikkinger, the Patissier baking powder does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and traces of any carry-over should not be expected. Food law (more precisely: the FDHA Ordinance on Food Information) stipulates that the most important allergenic ingredients - including cereals containing gluten such as wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt and products made from them - must always be declared . In addition, ingredients containing gluten must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Is this product completely alcohol-free and vegetarian? Is the raising agent dissolved in alcohol? Is there any cross-contamination with alcohol or animal ingredients?

Hello Acalyanur, the Patissier baking powder is vegan and does not contain alcohol as an ingredient or ingredients that are produced using alcohol. It does not contain traces of egg or milk.
