Is this product gluten-free?

Hello Ingwikkinger, the Patissier baking powder does not contain any gluten-containing ingredients and traces of any carry-over should not be expected. Food law (more precisely: the FDHA Ordinance on Food Information) stipulates that the most important allergenic ingredients - including cereals containing gluten such as wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelt and products made from them - must always be declared . In addition, ingredients containing gluten must be highlighted in the list of ingredients, for example in bold print or with capital letters (examples: wheat starch, WHEAT flour). Traces due to possible carry-over in the manufacturing process must be indicated at the end of the list of ingredients with a "may contain" note. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Is this product completely alcohol-free and vegetarian? Is the raising agent dissolved in alcohol? Is there any cross-contamination with alcohol or animal ingredients?
