Does this product consist of 100% artificial flavors so that nut allergy sufferers can enjoy it safely? Thank you in advance for your reply.
Hello Lukulla, here is the manufacturer's statement: We are pleased to inform you that bitter almond flavor is a flavor that is not obtained from natural raw materials. It therefore does not contain any ingredients made from almonds or other nuts. We hope this information helps you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros team, it is not too long ago that this product replaced an older one (flavor with 2x5ml bottle with blue cap). As a passionate amateur baker, I was very familiar with the old product and am now having some difficulty getting to grips with the new recipe. My actual question is quite simple, namely whether the new recipe is merely a change in concentration (new product more concentrated than the old one?) or whether it has been completely revised. In the first case, it would be extremely helpful to know how much of the new flavor corresponds to the concentration of the old flavor, in the sense of 2ml for 500g of mass or similar. That would be particularly great, as the old product with instructions for use is no longer available ;-) In the second case, I guess I have no choice but to experiment with the new flavor. Small side note, if you need a "large" amount of flavor, the new bottles are quite a fiddle. Kind regards!
Well, the bottles are not intended for large quantities but for normal households. You can buy larger containers in the catering trade. For example, I wouldn't want to buy a 1-liter bottle for home use like the ones used in bakeries.
Dear lugmue, thank you very much for your message! The Patissier Aroma now has an oil base instead of water. In addition, the flavor is now slightly more intense. Otherwise, however, we have not made any changes. We will be happy to send you the quantities of the two bottles for comparison: 1. new flavor = 1/2 - 1 bottle for 500g flour or 500ml liquid (1 bottle 2ml). 2. old flavor = max. 1 bottle for 1000g mass (1 bottle 5ml). We would also like to thank you for your comment at the end, which we are happy to take on board. We hope you continue to enjoy baking! Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team
