Have you changed the recipe? Or supplier? I had the feeling that they are no longer as tasty Lot Nr 2013206476 mhd 23.08.23. Thanks for your reply

Hello pati90, thank you for the question. We have neither changed the recipe nor the supplier. We have also checked our retained sample and could not find any deviation from the required quality. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The salt content is still very high and I would ask that this be reduced. It really dries out your mouth. You can only taste the salt and nothing of the pretzel.

Thank you for your feedback. We have checked various batches with the manufacturer. The production records show no deviations.
The party salt sticks already have a lower salt content than the long salt sticks, which is why we are not currently planning to change the recipe. However, if we receive more customer feedback, we will take the appropriate measures.
Please continue to let us know if you find oversalted salt sticks. So that we can check our reference samples, we need the M-date and the lot number from your packaging.

I really like the taste of these salt sticks. But when I opened a packet yesterday, I noticed that these sticks suddenly have a lot of salt, far too much. Has something been changed? Because now it's definitely too salty.

We're glad you like the sticks!
So that we can check why they are now too salty, we need the best-before date and the lot number from your pack. Can you still give us this information?
You can usually find the lot/batch number next to the best-before date, it usually starts with the letter L or there is a mixture of letters and numbers.
Have a nice day!
Best regards

Hello indios
Thank you for sharing the data.
We have checked our retained samples but could not find any anomalies. No changes have been made to the recipe either. We are therefore unable to determine exactly why the party salt sticks were far too salty.
We apologize for the inconvenience and regret that we are unable to give you an informed opinion.
We hope to see you again soon and wish you a pleasant day.
Best regards

Perhaps the recipe should be reviewed and the salt content reduced. That would be urgently needed.

For a long time, Migros had the salt sticks in the "hot" version, with a bit of chili. I often bought them but haven't found them in the last few months - where can you get them? They make a good change from "pure" salt sticks

Dear Richard14
Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we have to inform you that we removed the salt sticks with chili from our range in November 2009. The reason for this was low sales, which show us that a product is not being bought very often. We always replace poorly performing products with new products and innovations in the range and thus hope to always be able to offer our customers a wide and varied range.
Unfortunately, there is no longer a comparable item that we can offer you as an alternative. But we hope that you will find other snacks among our aperitif products that you will also like.
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
