After the production of salted pretzels finally returned to the tried and tested recipe a year ago, the quality has tended to fluctuate again recently. Having just bought three packs again, these pretzels are unfortunately noticeably lacking in salt. Is the more costly production now simply being concealed by saving salt? That would be a shame.
Hello LivEst, could you please tell us the lot number and the best-before date? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello LivEst, thank you for your feedback. Our production records do not show any deviations that would indicate such a problem. The retained samples have been checked and these are within our specifications. We have not changed the recipe. During the production of salted pretzels, salt is sprinkled onto the pretzels using a salt shaker. Visual checks are carried out by employees during production. However, we cannot completely rule out certain fluctuations in the amount of salt on the pretzels due to transport damage or short-term clogging of the salt shaker. We have made the supplier aware of this and will certainly keep an eye on the issue. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why this high price increase? Weren't they once CHF 0.85?
No.. Mbudget also offers this product at 0.85
Hello Sindbad, due to a recipe adjustment we had to increase the sales price last year. The Party Pretzels are now CH quality. Alternatively, we recommend the M-Budget Baby Pretzels, which are made according to the old recipe. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
