Why are there no roasted, UNSALED nuts for sale in Migros? I love roasted nuts, but please without salt, we eat too much salty food anyway.
Hello migrochind
Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately, we can't understand your message, because you can get roasted, unsalted nuts in our aperitif range:
The Sun Queen Precious Nut Mix (item 1014.032) contains almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and pecans, which are roasted but unsalted. There are also Sun Queen hazelnuts (article 1014.027) - these are roasted and unsalted.
You can find other unsalted nuts and nut mixes, but not roasted, in the bakery/dried fruit section.
We hope this helps you and wish you a good day. Your M-Infoline Team

Dear Valeria1
We are very sorry that our pistachios have given cause for complaint and apologize for this.
The pistachios originate in California. Quality checks are carried out every time the goods are received. The test for mold is carried out 1 to 2 times a month, depending on the frequency of delivery. No signs of mold have been detected in any of the tests. Our retained samples of the production batches have also shown no deviations from the standard. In order to analyze the situation more precisely, we would need a sample, including foreign bodies. Please send this to the following address:
Federation of Migros Cooperatives
M-Infoline / IN_1180600
Limmatstrasse 152
8031 Zurich
Please enclose a leaflet with your reference IN_1180600 with the sample.
As we have not received any further complaints to date, we assume that the quality is unsatisfactory.
We thank you in advance and wish you a nice fall day.

unbelievable to be allowed to sell something like this! firstly, the pistachios are almost impossible to open (crosswise cuts don't work at all - the opening has to be at the top of the pistachio), I almost broke my fingernails! secondly, the pistachios don't taste good at all. not spicy, the salt content isn't right...
and thirdly, the proportion of half-rotten or over-roasted pistachios is far too high - it's clear that a few always have to be thrown away, but here it's too much.
where is the quality control?
Hello guest
We need the M-Data and the LOT number so that the specialist department knows which production facility your pack comes from. Can you provide us with this information?
Best regards

Something like this should no longer be sold! The skin can hardly be opened, the fruit is inedible!
Hello guest
We regret that you do not like the taste of the Party Pistachios. It is difficult for the specialist department to make an exact assessment as we do not have important information such as the M-Data and the LOT number. With the LOT number, the supplier can trace back when the goods were packaged and can check back samples from the same batch.
If you still have the pistachios, please send them to this address for checking:

It's not just this one pack, the pistachios have generally lost a lot of their quality. Up until about 1 or 2 months ago they were very good and now they are almost impossible to open, old, dry, brown and inedible. What a shame! - What's going on?

I enjoyed these pistachios regularly until two weeks ago, but the last three packs were inedible! Dark fruit, porous consistency, woody taste.
What has happened?
Dear guest
In order for us to be able to investigate, we need the M-Data (date of sale and/or consumption) and the batch or lot number of the packages that were not in order.
With the help of this number, we can check when exactly the affected product was manufactured and whether errors occurred during production at that time. You will usually find the lot/batch number next to the best-before date, it usually starts with the letter L or there is a mixture of letters and numbers. Please send us an e-mail with this number to m-infoline@migros.ch. Please refer to the reference number IN_972131.

The pistachios are great, but the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. You can hardly get them open and the reseal tab is useless. It would be cool if they were a bit more sticky and if it were easier to tear open the pack :)
Dear Danilo
Thank you for your suggestion. We will be happy to forward it to our specialist department. Please understand, however, if your request cannot be implemented immediately or at all.
