Roasted aroma missing and rather little flavor. Otherwise good.

I miss the roasted flavor.
I sometimes roast nuts myself in the oven without fat, they definitely have a better aroma and also look better.
The mixture is not balanced. As with most blends, the majority are peanuts. There are hardly any cashews.
So that nobody can tell me that this is an optical illusion, I took the trouble to pick out and weigh the individual varieties! 🙄
The result is even worse than I thought: peanuts 98g, almonds 53g, hazelnuts 35g and cashews just 17g. 🫣 At least it contains 3g more than stated. 😏
I will put together my own mixes again.
They are delicious, but I saw too late that they contain hazelnuts. I don't like them that much.
