We use sieves installed at various points in the production process to sieve off smaller fragments so that they do not end up in the bag. We have checked the records of our quality tests in the individual process stages. They show no deviation from the specified values. Hi clarion. This product contains the additive ammonia caramel (E150c). Caramel is a coloring agent used to achieve brown coloring. The ammonia caramel used is an approved food additive which fully meets the legal requirements. Consumption of this product containing ammonia caramel is considered harmless to health.
