Hello, we ordered 2 pieces online, but both packs were fried too much. The grains are very dark and not edible as they taste burnt. I suspect that a series was not checked for quality as they were not always this dark. Where can I claim my money back?
Lately the roasting has been very dark. Until now it was an experience to find a dark corn kernel, now the whole pack is very dark and it's just too much. Has the manufacturer been changed or why is there such a big change in the roasting? We don't like the taste of the product at the moment and won't be buying it again for the time being.

Hello Nea, thank you very much for your feedback. We wanted to add a little more character and roasted aromas to this item. This is achieved by a slightly darker roast. This is of course clearly visible compared to the old roast, but the product has prevailed in various internal tastings and was selected as the successor. A few years ago you had a different product in your range, the M-Classic "Giant Corn BBQ". They were much tastier than the new small salted corn kernels. Suddenly, however, they were no longer in the range. Why was that and could it be that they are coming back? In any case, I wish they would find their way back into the range !!!

This is a really great product, but unfortunately it is far too salty. Can you please reduce the salt?
