Is alcohol used as a carrier in this product or are animal ingredients used in its manufacture?
Hello Altun, thank you for your inquiry. Alcohol is not part of the recipe - not even as a carrier. Condensed milk is included, but otherwise no animal ingredients are used. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why are the XXL packs always much more salty? I really like it and think it's a shame that the normal size isn't salted as well. It's a shame there are such differences....
Dear Digimaus Psssst, otherwise someone will notice and desalinate the product according to the new FOPH guidelines, which have been making bread bland for many years. You know, you could get high blood pressure from all that salt... Oh dear, you're more likely to get it if you have to keep reaching for the salt shaker because there's no salt. Have a nice Sunday, IchNochmal
Hello Digimaus, we are sorry, did you notice any differences in the salt content? Can you please provide us with the best-before date and the batch number next to it for further testing of the affected pack? Kind regards from the M-Infoline team
Mhd: 17.04.23 L 2011462389 210g pack This again had little salt on it.
Hello Digimaus, thank you very much for the additional information. We really appreciate your help. As promised, we have made further enquiries with the relevant specialist department. These took longer than expected. We are sorry that we are only now getting back to you. Below we inform you about the results of our investigations: Thanks to the data provided, we were able to test samples from the same production series. We did not discover any deviations. There were also no indications of anomalies in our production documents. In view of these results, we rule out a general production error. Nonetheless, we have a suspicion based on your message: in some cases, the salt grains form bridges, causing blockages in the spreader. Such blockages are released by the pressure itself, which is why our documentation did not allow us to draw any conclusions. In isolated cases, this can lead to discrepancies that are consistent with your experience. As an immediate measure, we asked all departments involved to ensure that they are processed correctly. We are continuing to pursue this issue. After all, our aim is to ensure that the small pouches also provide the desired enjoyment experience. We hope that our efforts are in your interest and that you will give our party crackers another chance. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much for the detailed explanation. Of course I will continue to buy the crackers.

Has the recipe for these crackers changed for some time? I used to buy these crackers regularly and they were delicious, but recently the consistency has changed, as if the packet had been opened a long time ago. I bought them twice to check, and it was confirmed: there's no longer the same sandy consistency as before, these crackers are now hard and dry. Very disappointing and I didn't see any information indicating that the recipe had changed...
Hello FGGrandjean, we have not changed the recipe for this article. We will be happy to investigate the reported problem with our specialist department. Could you please let us know the batch number and minimum durability date of the product? Best regards, your M-Infoline team
