I have four packs which I store in the fridge. I noticed it after opening one of them. I can already see it in the window of two of the unopened ones. I no longer trust the fourth one. All of them should still be good until 7.12.25.

Grated cheese is particularly susceptible to mold. Even a small, inconspicuous hole in the packaging is enough for the molds (which are present everywhere in the air) to get into the product. The fungi thrive even with slight temperature fluctuations and little moisture, which incidentally is always contained in the packaging. In retrospect, it is unfortunately not possible to trace where this incident took place.
In order to avoid incidents of this kind as far as possible, we asked all areas involved to take immediate action and ensure proper handling. We apologize for the loss of enjoyment!

I bought this Parmesan last week and put it in my fine risotto. When it was already inside I noticed a pungent, chemical-like smell! I have never experienced anything like it. I had to throw away the whole risotto with the fine ingredients. I will return the Parmesan to the store today. But I would like Migros to pay the additional costs.

Tearing open the pack at the designated incisions rarely results in an open pack, as the pack is still welded shut at the bottom. Could the packaging be adapted so that the pack can be opened without scissors?
