Hello drclumsy, Bio Palet cheese made from goat's milk is not suitable for pregnant women, even if it is made from pasteurized milk. To protect against Listeria infection, certain dairy products should be avoided during pregnancy: raw milk and products made from it (except hard and extra-hard cheeses), soft and semi-hard cheeses made from pasteurized milk (due to the ripening process, soft and semi-hard cheeses can be contaminated with Listeria despite pasteurization), feta cheese, blue cheeses such as Gorgonzola.
