Not my favorite vegetable
It looks like chard, but it tastes like cime di rapa, always a welcome change
Something other than vegetables
Had a bit of soil in it, we had to wash a lot.
We also really like the practical packchoï, which require little waste and are quick to cook.

Used for Thai dishes, fashionable vegetables?
Love pak choi because it is so quick to prepare and has a very delicate taste
Good and inexpensive.
