Good thin crust bread filled with crumb
It was my favorite bread until the recipe changed a few years ago. Now, every time I buy it, I regret it. It's often undercooked: pale and soft on the outside, and the crumb has a gummy, indigestible texture. Good taste, but texture to be reviewed.
Milanese bread, one of my favourites along with the Ticino: tender and soft as can be!

Should be cooked a little longer (I don't take it sometimes because it's too white on the outside).
