Is it normal that the bar sometimes has white spots?
Hello Sansibunny, thank you for your inquiry. Based on your description, we assume that the product was temporarily stored or transported at unsuitable temperatures. The white coating is crystallized cocoa butter; so-called fat bloom. This occurs when the chocolate is stored at over 20°C. From a health point of view, this fat bloom is absolutely harmless. We can assure you that only flawless goods leave our factory. Unfortunately, how our chocolate is transported and stored after it has left our factory is no longer in our hands. Dear Migros, this product does not contain chocolate with cocoa butter, only low-fat cocoa powder that is processed without cocoa butter? Otherwise it should be listed in the ingredients.

Dear Migros Unfortunately I no longer have the pack as I have already disposed of it. I had already bought these bars several times and never saw such a white coating on them, so I opened all the bars to see if they all looked like this and they were all covered in white. I will buy a new pack and see if they look like this.
