Outdoorchef DAVOS 570 G Pro Gasgrill

We have replaced our 16-year-old Outdoorchef Leon 570 with this barbecue. The fact that the old barbecue lasted so long with regular use speaks for itself. Our expectations were correspondingly high and the new barbecue surprised us positively right from the start.
The assembly is very well explained in detail and took just under 3 hours. In principle, it can be assembled by one person. However, a second person is helpful when attaching the lid. All small parts and the necessary tools (except side cutters) are packed in a clearly arranged blister pack and numbered. The metal and plastic parts are of high quality and fit very accurately. The metal parts are deburred so that the paint also lasts a long time on the edges. The screw connections are also fitted with a spring washer so that they do not come loose due to vibrations. The chrome steel burners and the ignition units with the necessary hoses and cables are pre-assembled. The lights in the regulators clearly indicate the operating status. We like the design very much and the first test was successful. All in all, a very high-quality and visually appealing appliance. We hope it will last another 16 years...

Good grill with an attractive appearance. Looks sturdy and is relatively heavy. Unfortunately, it is not designed to be moved - parts such as the feet or side panels fall off even after a short distance, which is disappointing considering the high price. In addition, the door to the gas bottle is difficult to open. Overall, the quality of the brand has declined.

I am very satisfied with the Davos 570 G Pro. You need to allow enough time to set it up. One shortcoming - at least for me - is the gas control knob with indicator light. To insert the batteries, the control knob has to be unscrewed. This wouldn't be so bad if the screws weren't so tight from the factory. The screw broke when it was unscrewed. The replacement was then ordered from the dealer immediately. The problem can be solved with plenty of penetrating oil and time. It would be an advantage if the throttle control knob with indicator light was not already pre-assembled.

I am very satisfied. Takes time to set up but very easy. Sturdy grill. Exactly what I was hoping for.

Grill was delivered incl. assembly, unfortunately a screw was missing (for a wheel) and the appliance was taken away again. We have now been waiting for weeks and have still not heard anything from Migros.

Sturdy and attractive barbecue! You should allow 4 hours for assembly, but the assembly is well explained. Is very stable and heavy! Due to the high weight and no suitable holder, movement is not too recommendable, despite the large wheels. Gets hot relatively quickly and is easy to operate. What bothers me personally is that the side table cannot be folded down. This makes the barbecue unnecessarily bulky, especially when it is covered. Our patio is not small, but who wants to waste a lot of space unnecessarily on a barbecue when it could be smaller?

Very stable and robust. Assembly instructions very good - still took approx. 4 hours to assemble.
