The function of the grill is good, but the service is poor. During assembly I noticed that one of the three support brackets for the grate was missing. I reported this here in the store and have not received a reply to date. In the meantime, I reported it to Outdoorchef as a warranty claim and also received no reply after another week. The service from both companies is therefore unacceptable and disappointing.
