Stable, good product. Probably one of the best on the market if you can benefit from a promotion. The temperature control is exemplary and really works. With the optional cast iron grid, the grill quality can be further improved. Very satisfied. However, a barbecue book for indirect grilling for this line would be desirable.
Assembly was not so easy, especially as nuts were missing. And the fact that a grill in this price range does not come with a cover and has to be ordered separately leaves something to be desired. Otherwise a good and versatile barbecue.

Super grill with endless possibilities. Good workmanship, great materials, very happy with the purchase. However, you need to switch from a conventional barbecue to the Ascona, which takes a few barbecues... The product is great, but unfortunately the delivery/collection from the store was not! Only on request did I find out that the goods had been ready for collection for days, the collection notification then came about a week after the actual collection! Lots of potential for improvement!
Super easy to screw together, and good quality material. However, a brochure with tips on which grills to grill directly or indirectly with a turned insert would be an advantage. Possibly even with temperature and time.
This barbecue makes every barbecue a great experience. Super price/performance ratio.

My old Ascona grill was 18 years old, I hope this one lasts just as long. I bought it at a special offer price. I can therefore accept the fact that one screw on the wooden shelf is not holding (i.e. has been torn out) and the lid has some paint damage.
