OSKAR Teppich

I strongly advise against this carpet. Waterproof!!!! Half a glass of spilt tap water, 2 days and 1 night of pumping, drying and gentle brushing... nothing helped: the pile curled. Horrible, ruined after less than 2 months. The rest via customer service. Too bad I can't attach photos here. Very disappointed and angry.

I like the carpet so far, but being snapped at at the checkout was surprising and definitely ruined my day. Happened today at the store in Winterthur Grüzepark. My request was that I could leave the rug behind or near the checkout so that I could choose bed linen without any ballast. This was not accepted, but another employee then "allowed" it. Later, when I was paying for the rug and bed linen, the cashier gave me a stupid attitude, saying that I had ignored her and that nothing should be left behind the till. As a customer, I just feel badly treated and somehow in the wrong movie, because didn't I just spend 450 Fr. and thus indirectly pay her salary? Well, no one will be taking me to a Micasa branch again so soon. Fortunately, there are alternatives.
