Super cupboard! Beautiful design, white on the outside, gray on the inside. Ideal for combining with existing furnishings. We had the wardrobe delivered and assembled. Perfect timing and expertise!

Box is worth the money. Very good and understandable assembly instructions on YouTube.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the cupboard, and it is also impossible to assemble according to the instructions. The wood (chipboard) is so cheap that when you try to screw in a screw, the wood around the hole cracks and splinters. Drilling out the hole itself a little with a drill provides some relief here. If you unscrew a screw, the hole is then destroyed and can no longer be used because the material is so soft. According to the instructions, screws for the rear panel and door hinges should also be screwed into the partition walls from both opposite sides. As the pre-drilled holes for this are at the same height/position on both sides and the screws are longer than half the thickness of a partition wall, this does not work at all and the screws cannot be fastened properly. I am stunned and it is a mystery to me how you can sell something like this. This is the first and last time I've bought something bigger from Micasa. Next time I'll go back to Ikea.

Ordered the cabinet: ok Searched for the cabinet: ok Dismantled the old cabinet to make room: ok Assembled: one part was already missing in the first stages. No further assembly possible. So no more cabinet, and a project that won't be able to continue for another two weeks at the earliest. In short... Micasa and C******always have the same problems, each time parts are missing and it's a pain to get them. Only the Swedish low-cost companies are able to deliver properly.

I had the wardrobe delivered and assembled and the two fitters did a great job. They were quick, left everything clean and packed up the waste straight away. The wardrobe looks high quality. I am happy!

Both cabinets were damaged, the box was dented in 2 places which damaged the boards in the box. We have reported it and are waiting for a response.

The instruction manual is extremely difficult to read, firstly because it is printed very small and secondly because it is a very poor copy. It took us 2 hours to assemble it with two people without the doors. It was impossible to attach the second underbody as the screws were planned in the same place on the rear side. As a result, these screws clashed with the others on the opposite side. What kind of planning is that? We will use other products again in the future. Ikea's assembly and materials are even better! Too bad, I would have expected better from Micasa.... One point for the smooth delivery and the nice drivers.

When assembled, it is a beautiful closet. The operating instructions are a headache even for experienced users. The biggest deduction is for the modules sold with it. They are too wide and don't fit in the wardrobe. Micasa would take them back without complaint, but they didn't offer an alternative.

Very good quality. The inside also looks classy. Assembly was also easy. Adjusting the hinged doors takes a little time. The Orson series offers a wide range of accessories and options.

There is a gap of approx. 0.5 cm between the doors. This gap cannot be repaired and is due to the design or the thickness of the door handle. As there is also no strip or dust protection behind the doors, all insects can crawl into the closet unhindered. The customer should also be aware that this product has a matt surface - even if this is not stated. There are other Orson products with the same dimensions, the same design, the same handles and the same interior fittings, but they are glossy. It is therefore not possible to simply combine Orson cabinets with the same design as the finishes vary but are not always mentioned in the description (as here). The customer should also be aware that Micasa will take back defective and faulty products without complaint - but the customer is still liable for the assembly costs paid by the Micasa team and the delivery costs. Even if the defective and faulty product is collected and dismantled by Micasa, the customer still has to pay for this.
