According to Swiss legislation, the FDHA Ordinance on Food Information (LIV), cross-contamination of gluten only has to be declared from a value of 200 ppm. If the article is only sold in Switzerland, the labeling of traces of gluten is not incorrect but also not mandatory. Outside Switzerland, traces of gluten must be labeled.
