The packaging is exaggerated, it's almost impossible to get these things open. You have to have them unlocked at the customer service desk and queue there again. In principle, they are very expensive, but it's not Migros' fault. Maybe there will be an alternative own-brand product that fits these Sonicare or oral B. toothbrushes.
