Sofa bed unusable because of the uncomfortable bed base which creaks with every movement. Immense disappointment at having paid such a high price for a quality sofa bed! I complained to the store and asked for a refund in the form of a voucher. Result: they call in an expert (paid by Migros) who obviously finds that it squeaks, but says that this is normal and cannot be considered a manufacturing defect. Migros refused to deal with the problem. Catastrophic after-sales service!

Hello, I'm also very disappointed with the quality of the bedding on this sofa bed. It creaks a lot, which makes nights very unpleasant, even though I've only used it every other week for a year. It's impossible for two people to sleep on it, or to turn over while sleeping without waking the other person... I would never have invested this price for such quality.

Sofa-bed far too expensive for the quality... it's only been used about fifty times as a bed, and the bed squeaks a lot. It's almost impossible to sleep on it or risk waking up every time you move it because of the squeaking. I'm very disappointed with this purchase. This bad experience has led me to stop considering micasa, at least for a future sofa.

Our sofa also squeaks with every movement. We have had this sofa for about 1 year now. It is rarely used as a bed. The squeaking is getting worse and worse. It is almost no longer possible for two people to sleep on it. We are very annoyed about it.

The sofa squeaks with every movement, which is quite annoying. The construction is somewhat unfortunate, so that there is a steel tube in the middle that hinders the suspension. It may be less noticeable with the thicker mattress.

Very comfortable sofa and bed. Easy to handle. Very easy to assemble - only 4 legs need to be screwed on and the side panels pushed in; no tools required. We are very happy with the sofa.

Nice and comfortable sofa that can easily be converted into a bed. The lying comfort is ok, but not exhilarating. I wouldn't want to sleep on the sofa bed for long periods of time. Time will tell whether it will stand the test of time.
