Basically mostly very good and tender. Sometimes a little too many blood vessels.
Unfortunately, the new packaging is terrible. I really don't understand the strategy. It looks much cheaper/less qualitative and, above all, you can hardly distinguish Optigal from the other mini fillets.
Please reconsider!!!
