Better animal husbandry at last! What does whole pasture mean? I was unsure when I bought it?

Hello, this was my last order, I no longer have the packaging but the one before was already disappointing. The use-by date was respected and there was no bad smell. On the other hand, the taste and flesh were not good and tasted like very bad poultry food.
