«Very good quality, juicy and tasty. Often on sale, but sometimes the packaging looks unappetizing. Customers wish for smaller packs and better freshness control.»

The wings were separated so roughly from the body AND from their ends that there is an acute risk of injury from bone splinters. Is Migros not afraid of liability cases?
Dear Karl E.
Thank you for your inquiry and your interest in our products.
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the processing of the chicken wings.
There are precise standards for the cutting of the chicken so that the conditions you described can be prevented in advance.
As a result of your report, we have contacted our supplier again and instructed him to tighten up the outgoing inspections in order to avoid inferior quality in future.
As we are not in possession of the offending product, it is very difficult to define the exact cause. Nor have we received any further complaints about these chicken wings at the present time. We therefore assume that this is a one-off case of unsatisfactory quality.
We assure you that we only want to offer our customers flawless products.
Your trust is important to us! We hope to see you at Migros again soon and wish you a great day!
Best regards from the M-Infoline team
