We recently bought the promotion for Fr. 19.00. 2 bottles in a flimsy cardboard box. At the checkout, the box tore and the bottles broke at the bottom. The developers of this packaging have hardly given it much thought. The carton should be much sturdier. Any layman can see that. Or why isn't this promotion presented with a sign saying 2 bottles Fr. 19.00? Then there would be no need for packaging at all. That works for other products too.
Hello Ramiro007. Thank you for your feedback. We pack the bottles in a cardboard box so that it is clear that the individual bottles are not part of the campaign. However, we will be happy to forward your feedback and the idea of the sign to the relevant department for review. Have you already been reimbursed for the product at the checkout? Best regards, your M-Infoline team

In Livigno the bottle costs Chf 6.30....
Hello guest
Livigno is in Italy and the prices compared to the Swiss market are not the same. Where did you see the oil at this price?

In September 2011, I saw the same olive oil (including the same packaging) for CHF 6.50 (EUR 5.35) in a supermarket in Sicily. Here it costs CHF 12.70 in the MIGROS. I feel ripped off and no longer buy it.
Dear guest
The Monini oils sold in Migros can be guaranteed to be made from 100% Italian olives. In other countries, including Italy, they may be mixed with Spanish olive oil, which results in a lower selling price.
Importing from Italy to Switzerland entails additional costs (customs duties, transportation costs, etc.).
The labels in at least 2 national languages are printed especially for Migros. This also results in higher costs.
As you will have noticed from the press, price negotiations are currently underway with suppliers in order to pass on the euro gains to customers.

Simple oil for simple cooking. Quite expensive.
Price corresponds to the new Migros standard > high-price marketing instead of quality.
Dear guest
The Monini brand stands for excellent quality. If this oil does not suit you in terms of price, we recommend an oil from the M-Classic brand, which offers good quality at a lower price. Olive oil is also available from M-Classic. One extra virgin and one mild.
