Low-fat quark at an exorbitant price?
Hello Save-the-world, one of the special features of the production process is that the product is lactose-free. This requires special production processes and additional controls and approval processes. In addition, the production of the low-fat quark used does not correspond to the standard process for "normal" low-fat quark. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The curd is much better than it was some time ago. Now they are all great again!
Dear Migros, I noticed the sugar content in the Oh! High Protein chocolate: sugar 3.5 g in 100 g! Where does this sugar come from, as it is not added? Thank you very much for your feedback
This is natural lactose.
Milk, in any form, even processed, is naturally relatively high in (milk) sugar.
Thank you
Hello flurberg, thank you for your post. If sugar (granulated sugar) is added to the product, this must be noted on the packaging under ingredients. The 3.9 g are carbohydrates, of which 1.9 g are sugar. This is the naturally occurring sugar in milk and cocoa. The packaging therefore says "Contains naturally occurring sugars". Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Many thanks

Dear Migros, what do you think of the almost entirely negative criticism of the new recipe for Oh! high protein yogurts? Are you considering adapting the old recipe again? Thank you very much for your feedback.
Hello anninamali, thank you very much for your feedback. The relevant specialist department has been informed and will check the recipe. We will make adjustments if necessary. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you very much! It would be a dream come true if Emmi could make it again (old recipe).
Is there an interim conclusion regarding the (original) recipe adjustment for Oh! Quarks, dear Migros?
Hello anninamali, thank you for your inquiry. We have not yet made any further adjustments to the recipe. However, a revision of the composition is currently being planned. We ask for your patience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

This product was a real treat before the new recipe and above all the lightest from a dietary point of view. It was my daily moment of relaxation and gustatory pleasure. The structure and taste are very different, and unfortunately not as good. In view of all the negative comments, are you thinking of going back to the old recipe?
Hello liviegerard, thank you for your message. At the moment, we have no plans to change the recipe again. But we will definitely keep an eye on reactions to this product. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

I also don't like the changed recipe for mocha and chocolate yogurt.
Hello bsstaub, thank you for letting us know. We are sorry that you are no longer satisfied with this product! We have gladly submitted your feedback to the specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

The new recipe for this chocolate quark is bad. It tastes very strange and no longer as strong as chocolate. The previous recipe was better - including the nutritional values. I think the other quarks are good, except the consistency of the mocha is now like yoghurt.
Hi indios, thank you for your feedback on the Oh! high protein quark. We are sorry that you are not happy with the new recipes. The adjustments to the recipe for the chocolate quark had the following impact on the nutritional table (per 150 g cup): The calorie content fell from 102 kcal to 96 kcal. The fat content fell from 1.2 g to <0.5 g. The sugar content fell from 5.3 g to 2.9 g. The protein content remained identical at 17 g. We are happy to take your input on board - the specialist department is aware of your feedback. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Thank you, I think the nutritional values are very good. The taste of this chocolate quark is just really strange. I really like the other quarks. And - I miss the vanilla quark ;-)

Please go back to the old recipe. How did you even come up with the idea of changing it? The products were selling well. Now the consistency and taste are strange and most of the quarks have more kcal. Nobody is happy with them. Please go back to the old delicious products.
The complete Oh-Quarks, what a shame! Hopefully the declining sales figures will open the eyes of those responsible...
But please don't take out the quarks!
I can't imagine who could have wanted the new recipe - definitely a deterioration in terms of taste, nutritional values and consistency :-(
Unfortunately, I assume that it was a change to make the product cheaper en masse. The product was still very young and the manufacturers probably didn't want to start a huge mass production. Now that they realized that the product is popular, they probably changed the production and therefore the recipe had to be changed, which unfortunately ended in a complete disaster. I loved this Oh! chocolate and now it tastes bitter and like bile. Who was the test group? Americans who are only used to horrible Hershey chocolate, which will probably drive away any European. It's just a shame and makes me sad, as there are no other sugar-free chocolate yoghurts/quark.
Hello everyone, thank you very much for your contributions. We can well understand that it is disappointing when a cherished product changes in taste and consistency. We have gladly taken your feedback on board and will pass it on to the relevant specialist department. We have made a change of supplier here. We now produce the quark at Elsa S.A., our own industry. The recipe has therefore changed slightly. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
I like them all, except the chocolate quark. It has a very, very strange taste. It would be really good if you went over the books and brought the previous recipe back on land.

Is it possible to get the original recipe again, or can it still be found in certain stores? I and others I have asked find the new recipe a lot worse than the original. Many thanks and best regards
Hello sofia999, thank you for your message. We're sorry that you don't like the new recipe as much. The new product will be rolled out to the stores. It therefore varies from store to store. We will definitely pass on your feedback to the relevant specialist department. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Hello M-Infoline, I can only say that the new recipe is not only less appealing, but a pure disaster. The product tastes bitter and the aftertaste is really disgusting. I won't be buying this product again. It used to be one of my favorite products. What a pity.

Grüezi. Is the new recipe also completely alcohol-free? For example with the flavors? Many thanks and best regards
