In the beginning I tolerated the milk very well, now I don't know why?
Observe how you react to other cow's milk products. Milk and yoghurt are the worst - the more liquid the worse. I once had to avoid cow's milk protein for 1/2 year. It was a challenge, especially because it is so hidden in products such as milk powder, whey powder (often found in blévitas, bouillon, spices, etc.).
Hello, I am allergic to cow's milk. I just want to know which milk is best for OSD ! USW. Thank you very much. Jacky1965

Can it be that you get diarrhea from this milk? 1 glass with your coffee in the morning?
Yes, if you have an intolerance to milk protein. I know that....
how do I know that
Get tested by a doctor or have a kinesiology test.
ydanke wersde do that
I got a skin rash from the milk from Aldi
Then it is certainly cow's milk protein intolerance or allergy.
The funny thing is that I have been taking this milk since February and have never had any problems until the last few days
Have yourself tested, because you can't tolerate other milk either. I am almost certain that it is the protein. It can also come on suddenly
I have never had any problems with this Nulchatte since February

Aldi has a similar product with only half as much sugar. Wouldn't that also make sense for the Migros "healthy lifestyle" product line...?
Can't be, because all milk, whether skimmed or whole, naturally contains at least 4.5-5.0 grams of sugar per 100ml. There is no added sugar in this product, Aldi can't do magic with half as much sugar unless they dilute it with water.
Absolutely not. Nothing is diluted with water. The sugar content is lower at Aldi and Lidl and Denner and the nutritional values are therefore better. So just stop making such false claims.
If sugar or water is listed under ingredients, this is also added. The latter can be found in the list of ingredients of the Aldi product
That's right, Aldi High Protein Skimmed Milk 0.1% UHT is actually listed in the ingredients: Water, just seen at Aldi Now (online store). Well, at Aldi it is marketed as a skimmed milk drink.
Hello invveritas, thank you for your post. We do not add sugar to the product, it is the normal lactose present in milk. There are two processes for producing lactose-free milk: In the enzymatic splitting of the lactose, the lactose content is practically completely broken down (residual lactose content <0.1%). The microbial enzyme works in the same way as our own digestive enzyme: it breaks down the lactose into its two easily digestible sugar components, glucose and galactose. However, as these have a higher sweetening power, lactose-free milk tastes slightly sweet. Most products in Migros use this process, including UHT whole milk and Oh! high protein milk. In the second method, filtration, the lactose is carefully removed from the milk. In a second step, the lactose is broken down outside the milk and then a small proportion is returned. In addition, the filtered milk minerals are added back in. As a result, milk produced in this way does not taste slightly sweet, but retains its natural milk flavor. Legally, however, such a product can no longer be called milk, but falls into the category of milk drinks. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Hello dear m-Infoline, I wanted to ask you how long oh protein milk 🥛 can be kept in the fridge? Lg Kendlbacher
No matter which milk, once opened, consume each milk in the refrigerator as quickly as possible.
Hello Kendlbacher, the best-before date shown on the packaging only applies to sealed packaging. The question of how long the contents of an opened pack can still be consumed is difficult to answer. The shelf life also depends on how the product is stored after opening. Storage in a correctly set refrigerator is also crucial. Due to these various influencing factors, it is not possible to set a best-before date for products that have already been opened. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Oh! protein milk how much fat does it have? Is it really good for osteoporosis? Thank you very much.
Hello Jacky1965, thank you for your inquiry. Oh! High Protein Milk is low in fat and contains less than 0.5g fat per 100ml. Osteoporosis is a bone disease, which is why you should definitely discuss any questions about it with your doctor. Best regards, your M-Infoline Team

How much calcium does this milk contain?
Hello schmidbi, the calcium content of milk is relatively constant and is only slightly influenced by the protein and fat content. You can expect a calcium content of around 120 mg per 100 ml. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
