High Protein Pudding Chocolate: I have just opened the product with the best before date 3.3.2024 with the lot number 000427 4052TI produced at 11:44 am. The color is clearly darker than normal and the taste is not identical to the product as it usually tastes. May I ask you again to implement quality control so that this product tastes consistent and flawless.
This is not the chocolate pudding, but the macchiato, and it tastes different.
Introduce quality control? Do you have the feeling that food goes on sale without the approval of QS? 😂

Where is this available? Nowhere near us (4310 Rheinfelden AG) would be a great flavor, love vanilla, chocolate, caramel. Coffee sounds even better :-)

Very good product! However, I've had the product go moldy and inedible three times now - even though it was closed and loose within the expiration date. Do you have this on your radar?
Hello HanspeterDubler, there are various reasons that could be responsible for this deviation in quality. One of them is leaking packaging. During the filling process, the belt moves the cups from one process step to the next. It can happen that a little of the product drips onto the edge of the cup, which affects the subsequent sealing step. As a result, the lid is no longer completely sealed, and the mold spores in the air contaminate the pudding. Another reason may be a break in the cold chain. Afterwards, we cannot determine whether and at what point this occurred. You can complain about the cups to customer service and receive a replacement or your money back.
