Please stock it in Dielsdorf and in the new store in Lengnau (just opened). I love the cheese and always have to drive to the airport to get it! Please keep it in your range—I've been waiting forever for something like this!
Hello Cocco_123, thank you for your message. We regret that you miss your beloved Oh! High Protein grated cheese in the Migros stores in Dielsdorf and in the new store in Lengnau.
The absence of the product is due to a recent change in our product range. With this measure, we want to tailor our product range optimally to the wishes of our customers. In doing so, we have made various adjustments to the sales areas and to various product ranges.
Unfortunately, with such measures, it is inevitable that some products will no longer be available in all stores as usual. Some items are now only available in larger supermarkets, while others remain available in smaller stores.
We are aware that such changes can be tedious and disappointing, especially when you can no longer find your favorites in the usual place.
We have passed on your request to introduce Oh! High Protein grated cheese in your preferred stores to the relevant department. The department managers will check whether adjustments can be made.
In the meantime, we are happy to let you know which stores you can find the product in:
- Migros supermarket – Zentrum, Regensdorf
-Migros supermarket – Bülach South
- Migros supermarket – Bülach, Sonnenhof
- Migros supermarket – Brügg, Centre Brügg
- Migros supermarket – Ladedorf, Langendorf
- Migros supermarket – Lyssbachpark, Lyss
We're keeping our fingers crossed that the item will soon be available in Dielsdorf and Lengnau too. Best regards, Your M-Infoline Team

Why has this cheese been missing in Wil SG for some time? When will it be back on the shelves?
Hello indios, the Wil store generally stocks this product. Unfortunately, it is not available on the shelves at the moment due to delivery problems at ELSA. Unfortunately, we cannot give you an exact delivery date, but we assume that the grated cheese will be available again shortly. Until then, we ask for your patience. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Dear Migros
It's a real shame that such a low-fat, high-protein grated cheese product is not allowed to come from Switzerland; we, as well-known "Chueschwizer" and "Chäsland" without equal, have to bow down to the English for it. That's what I call true "Swiss shame".
Now that my comment is justified, let's move on to my real question:
Is this grated cheese also lactose-free?
Thank you very much for an informative answer.
Kind regards
bonseb
Hello bonseb, we are pleased to inform you that the cheese is lactose-free. Unfortunately, we have not found any Swiss raw material with this protein content and quality. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Finally something with less fat. Unfortunately NOT available from us (although 2M) why not? Please add it to the range in Rheinfelden Aargau!!!
Hello Kochi_, thank you for your message. We regret that you were unable to find the grated cheese in Rheinfelden. We currently offer it in a few selected stores. We have gladly informed our specialist department about your request. Best regards, your M-Infoline team

Why does my rating not appear in the activities?
Hello indios, thank you very much for your request and your patience regarding the duration of our clarifications. We have had a new sorting system in the activity stream for a few weeks now. The system places short ratings (such as "great", "fine" etc.) and those that are not "critical" further back so that customers can see more meaningful ratings in the stream. We hope this information is helpful for you. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
Stupid, then the filter "sort by ...." is useless. I want to see everything
