Not the best taste, had flatulence and stomach cramps all day (tried it for several days).
I'd rather go back to the Ovomaltine muesli or the one from Farmer, which has just as good, if not healthier ingredients and nutritional values.

I wanted muscles but ended up grinding my teeth for breakfast. This muesli tastes like a mixture of cardboard, pea and disappointment. The consistency? Dry like my sense of humor. The pleasure? Non-existent. I tried it with milk, yoghurt and even tears! None of it helped.
