What is the amino acid profile of the proteins in this product? Are they high quality proteins? Are EAAs and BCAAs included? I am right to ask, because the claim "high protein" on a product is not enough to say that the protein is of high quality. Thank you for your answer.

The idea is very good, but I would prefer a pure dark chocolate spread! Like the one from Alnatura (it used to be available in Migros!)
