Dipotassium phosphate is often used as an "acidity regulator", specifically to prevent acidic coffee (with its low pH) from lowering the pH of coffee drinks to a level that would cause the herbal beverage to split. As an alternative to the Caffe Latte Almond Macchiato from Emmi, we also have the Alnatura Oat Cappuccino (not currently available online). This can only be found in larger stores.
