It whips up really well and tastes good for a vegan whipped cream. However, after using it I had red spots on my skin that itched badly (tested several times). Presumably caused by the ingredients polysorbate 60 and sodium citrate.

Great oat cream for whipping. Very close in taste to "real" cream. When used in a cake, for example, you can't taste any difference. Great for whipping.
