I'm a real ramen soup fan, and I'm particularly fond of the Korean version with kimchi. Unfortunately, I've always had to order these soups from abroad, as the last kimchi soup was replaced by the soba varieties. I have not yet discovered this soup in the Migros stores in my area. Could you perhaps list which Migros stocks this kimchi soup? I live in the canton of Solothurn.

I'm no expert when it comes to Korean instant or ramen soups, but I can at least say that I quite like this one. The packet says "Korea No. 1", at least it seems to be popular and available even among Koreans (you can also find this soup in the Korean store near Zurich main station).
As I said, I like this soup and like to garnish it myself with chopped spring onion (a good tip for ramen soups in general). The only thing missing is that Migros would offer kimchi itself ;)

Korea No.1 refers to the noodle soup shown in the small picture, which also comes from this manufacturer. The manufacturer actually has very good soups on offer, and I also have the soup shown in the small picture at home. The taste is excellent, but it is far too spicy, which is noticeable after eating it. This product will certainly be a milder version that we Europeans can also tolerate. :)

This Nongshim Kimchi Noodle Soup is the original. A branded product that is also sold in Korea. No adjustments have been made to it.
