However, this is absolutely not the case here. As soon as you open the bottle, you notice a beautiful effervescence, with fine, persistent bubbles, which is already a good thing. On the nose, there are fresh, fruity notes, often aromas of green apple, pear, sometimes even a slight floral touch, which truly evoke a classic white wine profile.
