I recently had the opportunity to discover this Rosato non-alcoholic sparkling wine, and I must say I was genuinely won over! Generally, I approach alcohol-free drinks with a certain caution, often fearing that I'll come across a product that's too artificial or lacking in character.

But here, the surprise is more than positive. As soon as it's served, you're charmed by its beautiful, delicate and inviting pink color, which has nothing to envy of a traditional Rosato. The effervescence is perfect, with fine, regular bubbles that dance merrily in the glass. On the nose, it's a festival of freshness: aromas of fresh red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, sometimes even a hint of redcurrant, all sprinkled with a subtle floral touch.
On the palate, this alcohol-free Rosato really stands out. The attack is lively and sparkling, without being aggressive. The taste is delicately fruity and balanced, with just the right touch of acidity to add freshness and avoid heaviness. The finish is clean, fruity and very pleasant, leaving a feeling of cleanliness and the desire for another sip.
