Back in the days of the TANGAN brand, package no. 7 contained flat-bottomed pouches, which were very convenient for freezing liquids, for example, leftover stew stock to be used for a Chinese fondue.
I couldn't find this model at KITCHE & CO, which is a pity.
Are there any plans to remedy this shortcoming?

Are these bags suitable for sous vide?

For sous-vide cooking, we recommend our vacuum bags (item number 7045.393.00000).
