At least 96% of the ingredients are biodegradable, and some are even completely biodegradable. We also focus on sustainability when it comes to packaging: the spray head of the kitchen cleaner, for example, is made from 67% recycled plastic - a world-leading figure. However, a refill option is not planned. Unfortunately, due to space and product range constraints, it is not always possible to provide a refill pack for every product. The standard answer is becoming embarrassing and very unfrustrating. You just don't want to because the kitchen cleaner sells well and you earn less with the refill pack. The bottle made of recycled plastic is nice, but it's still nonsense to buy a new one every time, disposable remains the worst, no matter how you talk it up.

Don't you think that if every shampoo, every shower gel, every dental rinse, every detergent, every cleaning agent comes with a refill bag as a normal product, that's not a bit excessive?
Yes, that's true. But I would generally just offer the products in refill bags. You can then buy empty bottles, but not in X variants, for example a spray bottle and then one for washing-up liquid and one for douche/shampoo. I think that would save a lot of packaging waste. However, politicians would probably have to take action here and that is a different issue.
Sure... but packaging is always a sensitive issue... see the lid on the bottles... or when the additional lids were removed from yogurts, cream sauces and low-fat quark...
But the bankruptcy of Blaue Helden has shown that the packaging issue has still not arrived in society.

It's really not environmentally conscious to buy a new bottle every time, as there are already refill bags available for other products of this brand.

The kitchen cleaner now contains no preservatives, microplastics or perfume. This has led to an increase in raw material costs, which explains the price. However, the formula is now also more concentrated than that of its predecessor, which means that the dosage is more economical. In concrete terms, this means that you can use the contents of a bottle for longer. As far as your request for refill sachets is concerned, we are not always able to offer a corresponding version of each item due to space constraints. Nevertheless, we are continuing to pay close attention to this issue. Where feasible, we will expand the selection.
