Hello, about the Raw cakes, chocolate-hazelnut that I can't find in your picture because you have a whole mix of raw cakes, I wanted to know why you add more cane sugar when dates are already sweet enough?
Hi Nath747, the raw cake itself is not sweetened with cane sugar. Instead, the chocolate used is made from cocoa paste, cane sugar and cocoa butter. Unfortunately, there is no suitable alternative to chocolate without cane sugar. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
