Did Migros notice the bad reviews for these napkins? You take something like this out of sale after the first complaint and subject it to quality control. Apparently the problem has been going on for 4 years and they still haven't done anything about it.
Hello Chur69, thank you for your message. We are aware of the reviews and they mainly relate to staining. This is due to the processing method. We use water-based inks that are harmless to health and washable. Unfortunately, the printing ink cannot be fixed more firmly to the tissue material, which can lead to destruction of the surface in the event of friction and/or contact with moisture. As a consequence, the color pigments are released. As we only stock these cloth-like napkins, we would like to keep them in our range. However, there is a recommendation on the packaging that the reverse side of the napkin should be used for intense colors. We will of course continue to monitor this issue closely. Should a new production method emerge, we will be happy to test it. Best regards, your M-Infoline team
