The new quality is not satisfactory, before the baking paper was so good. It now feels strangely like wax/plastic and lets the fat through. You have to clean the tray properly afterwards.
More practical than the castors
good, budget paper is/was more robust (but I haven't tried the new one yet)
It was an alternative purchase because the M-Budget was empty. The M-Budget paper absorbs more liquid when baking, which is what I wanted.
