According to your information, Burratina Pugliese should also be available at Dreispitz Basel. I went there yesterday and was met with astonished looks when I asked... They only had the burrata from "Selection" that I was already familiar with. Otherwise, they had mini mozzarella; ok, but I didn't want that...

This is available in various supermarkets in the Basel cooperative. For example in MM Dreispitz, MM Laufen, MM Oberwil, MM Sissach, MMM Claramarkt, MM Drachen-Center and many more. A great product, but unfortunately the cheese always goes moldy before the expiry date. What could be the reason for this?
