I would have liked to know how long the fish will keep if you only eat one fillet a day.

Once opened, you should consume the fish in the refrigerator (at 0-4 °C) within 1 to 2 days, as the quality can deteriorate quickly even if stored correctly. If you want to keep the fish for longer, you can freeze it in portions. It will keep in the freezer (at -18 °C) until the best-before date printed on it. We really like this fish, but unfortunately it's almost never on sale in Uster, usually only when it's in action. Why is that? Couldn't it be included in the standard range?
