Fine aroma and consistency
For being lactose-free, it is a good mozzarella. Even on pizza it performs like classic mozzarella.
For me who is lactose intolerant, this mozzarella is a real savior!
It tastes so good, very similar to traditional mozzarella, and is perfect in so many preparations.
I always buy it in large quantities, partly because it is not easy to find such good lactose-free products.
Thankfully, it exists!
