By far the best mozzarella I've ever eaten. Great consistency, very good taste. Perfect!
Finally a Bufala with flavor again! Very creamy and nice soft consistency. Price at the upper limit, but it's worth it. I hope it stays in the range - unfortunately it's not always available in our local store.

This buffalo was really excellent, beautiful milk....
